    rum from a cruise my husband & I took a while back, I think that might be

    add sugar to the melted chocolate it turns in to dough kind of consistency.
    Please advice how to sweetened dark unsweetened chocolate for coating the

    Not sure what you are asking. If you would like to add some vanilla
    extract, the amount would vary according to how strong you want the vanilla
    flavor to be.
